An Uncontaminated, Healthy Environment: My Proposal for Constitutional Amendment #28

I, Patrice Palmer, citizen of the United States of America, propose the following Amendment #28 to The Constitution of the United States of America:

An uncontaminated and healthy environment is a human right. The right of citizens to a healthy, uncontaminated environment cannot be denied by industries or their representatives, corporations, corporate entities, corporate officers or their representatives, and/or the government or its representatives. Governmental, industrial, and/or corporate policies, laws or actions cannot deny the right of citizens to breathe clean air; drink clean water; eat healthy, uncontaminated food; and to live, work and play in a healthy, uncontaminated environment.  Non-natural environmental disasters and the defense of human, governmental, industrial, and/or corporate laws, policies and/or activities that cause climate change or contaminate the environment also cannot deny the right of citizens to a healthy, uncontaminated environment.
